Our philosophy
Living according to NATURE. A comfortable environment with natural materials awaits you for your holiday. A building made of wood with a load-bearing structure and internal furnishing materials. It is the fir, larch and pine wood that make all the rooms of the building unique, comfortable and well-being.
The building
The grandfather's house and farm, once used as a family residence with barn and stable for sheltering animals, has been renovated with care, passion and a lot of enthusiasm. Three apartments have been created, one of which is used as a B&B with four independent rooms with respective large bathrooms with shower, a characteristic common room for the reception and buffet breakfast..
The renovation
It was made respecting the criteria and rules of GREEN BUILDING, the structure of the top three floors of the house is made of framed fir wood, the floors and the roof are also made of fir wood and larch paneling found in the woods of Val di Sole.
From an energy saving point of view, the building is classified in class A.
Internally, wood is preferred in both the floors and coverings to create a unique atmosphere accompanied by low energy saving LED lights.
The boiler uses biomass pellets for energy saving and the electrical system is home automation.
